Penpont Mill

Penpont Mill is a spacious and welcoming four-bedroom detached home in a rural location, just a mile from The Olde House and the charming village of Chapel Amble. 

This house features a large, well-equipped kitchen and dining area, perfect for shared meals and relaxed gatherings. There’s also a separate lounge with a open fire, great for winding down in the evenings. Sliding doors open out onto a patio ideal for alfresco dining.

With a generous garden, plenty of private parking, and stunning rural scenery all around, Penpont Mill is an ideal choice for a getaway with friends or a memorable family gathering. 

Inside, there’s a ground floor bedroom with twin beds and a nearby shower room, perfect for guests who prefer to not use the stairs. Upstairs you’ll find two king-sized bedrooms (one with an en-suite shower), a twin room, and a family bathroom with a shower over the bath. 

You’ll also be a just a short 10minute drive from the beautiful, safe beaches Polzeath, Daymer, and Rock, as well as the bustling town of Wadebridge, full of great shops and restaurants.
