Whether you’re celebrating a special birthday, planning a family reunion or just gathering your favourite people, we’d love to help you organise the perfect group holiday!

We welcome larger groups of family and friends and can suggest cottages that are close together, giving you both space and the joy of being nearby.

Our two largest properties, The Barn and The Manor are both 5-star-rated and sleep 10 guests each.

The Manor House

4 Bedrooms | Sleeps 10 | Saturday Changeover

The Manor House, originally the Manor House of Chapel Amble, has now been renovated into a spacious 4 bedroom family cottage which sleeps 10.

The Barn

Originally two cottages, The Barn has been beautifully converted into a generous five-bedroom home.

Bluebell

Originally converted into two holiday cottages back in 1976, Bluebell has now been beautifully renovated into a bright and spacious four-bedroom retreat that comfortably sleeps eight.

Smeathers

Nestled in the heart of the countryside, Smeathers is a spacious four-bedroom farmhouse located about a mile and a half from the main site.

Penpont Mill

Ridgeway Park

Ridgeway Park is a tastefully furnished four-bedroom home set in a rural location with outstanding views, a 1.5 mile drive from The Olde House site.

The Manor + Marsh Cottage

Marsh sleeps 6 and is right next door to The Manor, complete with a fenced garden. Booked together, they can host up to 16 guests.

Willow (sleeps 6), Moss (sleeps 4), Fern (sleeps 4) & Plumtree (sleeps 6)

These four cottages sit side by side and are ideal for groups of up to 20 guests. They share a large, sunny lawn – perfect for evening get-togethers.

Bracken & Bramble

Both sleep 6, are semi-detached, and nestled in a peaceful, sunny corner. Spacious and comfy, great for extended families or friends.

Primrose (4), Daisy (6), Mayfield (6), Poppy (6) & Meadow View (4)

These five cottages can accommodate up to 26 guests and are grouped together with plenty of garden space front and back. Poppy, Daisy, and Mayfield each have an extra downstairs shower room too – a handy touch for bigger groups.
